KING OF PRUSSIA — It was a spectacular finish for the Belles 5th, 6th, and 7th grade teams in the winter JR Sixers League help at nearby Competitive Edge Sports facility.
The Belles 7th grade team which won it’s one-day event in Virginia after the New Year followed up that event by going undefeated in the JR. Sixers League 8th grade division. Every win by double digits. The team also had a near flawless run up at Hoop Group. Overall, 24-1 and they are just getting started.
The Belles 6th grade winter team followed up their epic fall championship at Hoop Group with a dominant showing at Competitive Edge. Culminating with a blow out championship win by 35. The team is possibly the most fun to watch and getting better game by game.
The Belles 5th grade winter team lost a heartbreaker in the 6th grade division Jr. Sixers League. They also took over in sole possession of first place in the Crispin league this weekend.
The spring is here and Coach Kevin Vaughn is very excited to put in the work. Its not about just winning or losing. Its about the work, the ups and downs, the overall experience – but most importantly the girls. They have grown a lot in a short amount of time.
